Cambodia Post Bank PLC (CP Bank) is a full commercial bank offering financial solutions to aspiring individuals and enterprises in Cambodia. Opened in September 2013, CP Bank offers its customers a suite of loan and deposit products, as well as money transfer and FX services, for their personal and business needs. CP Bank is a strategic partnership between Canadia Investment Holding PLC, Cambodia Post and Fullerton Financial Holdings Pte. Ltd. (FFH). CP Bank focuses on serving the mass market customers and small businesses, by leveraging on the local knowledge of Canadia Investment Holding PLC and Cambodia Post, and the expertise of FFH in serving these customer segments, with innovative use of technology, backed with rigorous risk management oversight and sound corporate governance.

Today, CP Bank operates a network of 42 branches, serving customers in 18 out of 25 provinces across Cambodia. At least 30% of its 42 branches are located in rural areas to provide formal financial services to those who may not have access to banking. ATM and Mobile Banking services are also available to customers in keeping to its commitment to be within reach of its customers.

Mr Toch Chao Chek

Chief Executive Officer

Prior to joining Cambodia Post Bank, Chaochek was  EVP and Chief Operations Officer of Hattha Kaksekar Limited, one of Cambodia’s leading Microfinance Institutions. He oversaw HKL’s business operations including loans, savings, business development and branch management since 2006.  Prior to this, Chao Chek was in the Credit Division of Acleda Bank.  Chaochek has an MBA in Finance and Banking and a  BBA  in Marketing as well as a Bachelor of Law.
