Mr Tow Heng Tan

Mr Tow Heng Tan is presently the Chief Investment Officer and Senior Managing Director (Investments) of Temasek Holdings covering initiatives for direct investments.
He was appointed as a Director of ComfortDelgro Corporation Limited in February 2003 and serves on the Remuneration Committee of the company. He was also appointed as a Director of Keppel Corporation Limited in September 2004 and serves on the Executive Committee,Remuneration & Share Option Committee and Board Risk Committee.
Mr Tow started his career with the then Coopers & Lybrand. He was later an investment banker with Schroders Singapore and Managing Director of Lum Chang Securities. He was Senior Director of DBS Vickers Securities, after Lum Chang Securities was folded into Vickers Ballas, which then merged with DBS Securities to form DBS Vickers.
Mr Tow is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK), a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (UK) and is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore.
